Access Bars
There are 32 bars of energy which run through and around your head. They store the electromagnetic components of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. There are bars for Healing, Body, Control, Creativity, Awareness, Power, Aging, Sex and Money, just to name a few. Each thought, idea, attitude decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to be generative in that area and have something different show up in your life with ease and grace.
A Bars Session consists of a Bars practitioner (that's me!) gently holding these 32 points on your head for a few minutes each, during which your brain waves slow down, allowing you the possibility of accessing belief systems, patterns of behaviour and points of view which have possibly been running your life since early childhood or perhaps longer. As a result of having their "bars run", many people have reported afterwards the ease with which they are able to be more present in the here and now, and less at the mercy of past experiences which up until now have continued to color their present lives and thus determine their future. Yet others speak of a deep sense of relaxation unlike anything they have ever experienced before.

Faster EFT is a fast, effective and fun version of the original EFT Meridian Tapping Method, which utilizes elements of NLP and Hypnosis to assist us in freeing ourselves from the power of our limiting beliefs and the negative emotions which are connected with them. These negative emotions act like glue, attaching us to these limiting beliefs and making us prisoners of our past.
Faster EFT allows us to release and let go of the electrical charge produced by these negative emotions so that the prison walls simply crumble to the ground and we are free once again to recreate our past exactly as we wish it to be. And thus we open the gates to the possibility of being the amazing creators we were always destined to be. Most of us have been creating our lives by default all along, unknowingly allowing others influence our belief systems.

Quantum Touch
Quantum Touch is an easy to learn system of energetic healing which links specific breathing and body awareness techniques to raise the vibration in the hands and body of the QT practitioner, which in turn allows the possibility for the receiver of the QT session to entrain to this heightened level of energy, raising their vibration and activating their own powers of self-healing.
Like the striking of a tuning fork causes another tuning fork to vibrate at the same frequency, the person receiving the QT session matches the vibration of the person giving it.
Some documented benefits of Quantum Touch are pain reduction, realignment of the skeletal system, such as hips, neck and spine, as well as the balancing of emotional disturbances to name just a few.
